Gut umr\u00fchren, bis sich die Hefe vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st hat.<\/li><li>Die restlichen Zutaten in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben, das Hefe-Wasser-Gemisch dazu geben und f\u00fcr gute 10 Minuten zu einem homogenen Teig verkneten.<\/li><li>Den fertigen Teig aufeine leicht bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che geben und zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Rolle formen. In jeweils 10 gleichgro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden und zu runden Br\u00f6tchen formen (schleifen). Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und die Teiglinge nach Belieben\u00a0 kreuzweise einritzen.<\/li><li>Erst jetzt den Backofen auf 220\u00b0C Umluft oder 240\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen.
